Outshopped from Swindon in February 1960 in lined green, Hinton Manor spent its career in Wales, regularly working the Cambrian Coast Express. Saved from Barry scrapyard in 1973, it later returned to steam and main line service before becoming a static exhibit at the Severn Valley Railway.
