Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I must admit this shop was an 'unknown' to me. After selecting a target product, a competitive price is important to me, and this shop was.
Product arrived, perfectly packaged, no marks on the outer packaging, but the Bachmann Class 47 windscreens were curiously pushed in.
When mentioned to the shop, they reverted immediately, and mentioned these comments and photographic evidence had been sent onto Bachmann for review.
Excellent feedback and support.
(Yes, I re-glued the glazing without any issue, without a return being necessary.)
A very positive experience from this shop. Thank you.
